TIMELINES
Orders placed before 11:00AM EST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00AM EST are shipped the following day.
Orders received after 11:00AM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
We ship via UPS for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. +Body by Julia Haart is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. +Body by Julia Haart is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. +Body by Julia Haart is not responsible for shipments that are lost after leaving the +Body by Julia Haart warehouse.
FAILED DELIVERIES
We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, +Body by Julia Haart is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic orders are eligible for refund, exchange, or online store credit if return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
If you choose to do an exchange, your exchange order will process as soon as your order is marked as "delivered" to our warehouse. At that time, you will receive a new order confirmation with your exchange details.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid returns for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International orders are eligible for refund or online store credit if return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges on international orders. We will provide you with a return number, as well as our address for returns. International customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 30 days of original delivery date. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags and sanitary stickers attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
+Body by Julia Haart is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. If your return is accepted, refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).
